Last night I went to the movies with Alex to see Star Dust with Michelle Pfieffer and Robert Di Nero. I actually enjoyed it a lot and I didn’t think I would. It was our best alternative to the Balloon Flight were were scheduled to take but got cancelled. That sucked because I took the day off of work in order to take that balloon flight. It was nice anyway though because Alex and I never get a lot of true free time together, and to have that time free on a week day was quite nice.
So overall yesterday was quite nice….and we had tacos for dinner which was also cool….
What is Tex-Mex like over there?
Good….there is nothing tex or mex about it. Swedes in fact don’t like spicy food as a general rule. I made a jumbalaya (sp?) for friends about 2 months ago and most started to cry.
