Today I look for more apartments. This is not nearly as exciting as it sounds like. If I plan my route correctly, I will get to about 7 apartments. But this time I am smarter about it. First, I won’t look at apartments under 50 kvm. Second, I won’t trust the pictures or the floor plan as much. And third…well, I will keep an open mind to see what gems I might find.
After all, I am going to spend up to 3.5 million kronor on something, I have to really really like it.
Good luck 🙂
Thanks…I will need it…there were loads of people back from vacation and ready to buy.
what’s a kvm?
It is the Swedish translation for square kilometers. now if i could just figure out how to translate that into square feet…not that it would help me at all, but it would ne neat to know…
1 square kilometer is equal to 10,763,910.42 square feet
1 square meter is equal to 10.76 square feet
so I’m guessing that must be square meters. ‘cuz 50 square kilometers is larger than some towns.
no it was square kilometers. you just have to tilt your head a litle when looking at the apartment pictures 😉
thanks for catching the error 🙂
