I am really sorry about that.  It has just been wicked busy.  But that is the lames excuse everyone uses, especially since I have had time to search around on the internet for meaningless things.<\/p>\n<p>So what have I been up to in the last couple of week? Well really, not very much.  Work has been kicking my ass.  I turned 28 years old last week, and had 3 days of partying to celebrate.  And I lost 12 pounds so far on the South Beach Diet (and I&#8217;ve been less than faithful to it, so if I had followed the rules I would have lost even more).<\/p>\n<p>Next trips over the 4-6 weeks are the USA (Atlanta and Boston), London, Oslo, and Copenhagen.<\/p>\n<p>Tonight Steve is coming over, Robin is making dinner, and we are watching the new season of Ab Fab and will see where the night leads.<\/p>\n<p>I have more to say (well not a lot), but you&#8217;ll see it in the friend&#8217;s postings if you have access \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Ciao for Now \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Heart Rodney.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So it has been a really long time since I have last updated.
