I made dinner tonight.<\/p>\n

For an starter, I had a rocket salad garnished with apples, gorgonzola cheese, pan-seared walnuts with cinnamon, and a balsamic vinegrette dressing. I meant to include bacon pieces, but I forgot.<\/p>\n

For the main couse, I made lasagne, with home made sauce using crushed tomatoes and some red wine, amongst other ingredients.<\/p>\n

No desserts, as I’ve been taste testing all day and I couldn’t possible consume another bite.<\/p>\n

I am not planning on going out tonight, as I have a project plan to write. So no rest for the wicked…erm…weary.<\/p>\n
